Basic Backdrop Package

A perfect start with essential decor elements.


Backdrop setup with standard arch rental (Choice of: Copper, Circle Arch Rental, OR up to 2 Wooden Chiara Arch Backdrops)

Minimal balloon arrangement or faux florals Choice of up to 8 Feet worth of balloons (up to 3 colors) OR up to 2 arches of 3ft Faux/Dried Florals (Dividing lengths to have both florals AND balloons are possible, please inquire)

Standard signage Vinyl Backdrop Sign or custom wooden sign (several neon or premade wood signs are also available)

Luxury backdrop with custom designs (use of premium backdrops like 3d arches)

  • Up to 3 Backdrop pieces

  • Up to 12 ft of Balloons and/or Faux florals to theme/colors (fresh florals not included)

  • Staging Items (rugs, pedestal stands, side tables, vases, candles, etc)

Comprehensive Event Styling Set up of all tables and signage including tablescapes and peripheral tables like gift table, favor table, dessert table, etc. (client to provide items)

Comprehensive Guest Tables (up to 10 tables included; cost per additional table)

  • Choice of: Floral arrangements, Balloon Centerpiece, OR Themed Centerpiece (up to $50 value)

  • Runner Rentals (several colors available)

  • Candle Rentals (choice of votives, taper candles, or hurricane vases)

  • Table Numbers (several choices available or to theme/colors of design)
