Peace of Mind Package $1,250

(1-2 months before wedding)

The Peace of Mind Package is for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. This package will allow our couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding!

• ONE FACE-TO-FACE MEETING (can be online)  1-2 MONTHS PRIOR

• COORDINATION (Up to 12  hours) 

• SET UP AND STYLE ANY DESIGN ELEMENTS - (Provided by Client)

  such as: Guest Book | Cake Table | Menus | Place Cards | Favors | Bridal Party Florals | Etc.

  …. anything to help bring your vision to life!

• MANAGE TIMELINE (Created by Client)

• MONITOR ALL VENDORS FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT 

• DISTRIBUTE VENDOR PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES

• ANY CEREMONY COORDINATION 

(Rehearsal Not Included Unless Done the Day Of) 

• GUIDE THE NEWLYWEDS THROUGH THEIR RECEPTION 

• RETURN PERSONAL DÉCOR & GIFTS AT THE END OF THE EVENING

• PROBLEM SOLVE - our goal is to handle any unforeseen things that might arise that day and make your day memorable

** Helping set up DIY elements are our thing! However, the amount of time/work doable the day of the wedding will have to be determined based on consultation. If additional assistants are needed to ensure a smooth day, it will be an additional cost **

Partial-Planning Package $2,850

(up to 6 months before wedding)

The Partial-Planning Package is for the couple who booked all the BIG things but needs just a little help putting it all together. This package will allow our couples to relax at the tail-end of their engagement process and just enjoy the ride!
